Green Corps

The mission of Green Corps is to train organizers, provide field support for today’s critical environmental campaigns, and graduate activists who possess the skills, temperament, and commitment to fight and win tomorrow’s environmental battles.
In our twenty-three years, we’ve worked on issues such as stopping oil drilling in the arctic national wildlife refuge, expanding clean energy opportunities and bringing tighter regulations on fracking. Nearly 350 trainees have graduated from the Green Corps program and are now in leadership positions at organizations such as the Sierra Club, NRDC and Greenpeace.
